Vintage: 2012 ABV: 12% Bottle Size: 750ml Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Made from grapes grown in Chile's Rapel Valley and named after Che Guevara's motorcycle, this mouth-watering Sauvignon Blanc has aromas of citrus fruit underlined by grassy notes. On the palate this wine is crisp and dry with a fresh fruity flavour reminiscent of gooseberry and melon. Perfect with chicken or white fish dishes.
Vintage: 2010 ABV: 12.5% Bottle Size: 750ml Made from 100% Tempranillo grapes. From the famous La Rioja region, this is a modern, unoaked Tempranillo made for drinking now. It offers a lovely fresh nose of raspberry and cranberry with hints of nutmeg spice, and a palate rich in red cherry and plum with soft tannins and a medium body. Perfect to drink by itself or with cold meats and hard cheeses.
Vintage: NV ABV: 11.5% Bottle Size: 750ml Made from a blend of Ugni Blanc and Chenin Blanc grapes. The grapes were selected from across the South of France by winemaker Christophe Barbé for good structure and intensity of fruit. Grapes were hand and machine picked before being transferred to the winery in Burgundy. Pale yellow in colour, with medium-sized bubbles and a fine bouquet of stone fruits and apple. The palate is medium in body with pure fruits and refreshing acidity. The wine is very well balanced with good fruit intensity and roundness on the elegant, dry finish. Perfect as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to dishes containing fish or shellfish.
Vintage: 2011 ABV: 13% Bottle Size: 500ml Made from 100% Furmint grapes. The Disznoko estate is set in 250 acres of the south west of Hungary's famous Tokaj region, and was classified as a first growth winery in 1734. Aged for several months in oak, the wine is pale to golden yellow with an intense bouquet of wild flowers and fresh fruits leading to a palate that is velvety and deliciously rounded. Peach, plum, citrus and honey flavours dominate. Perfect as an aperitif or to accompany poultry and white meats.
