Vintage: 2011 ABV: 14% Bottle Size: 750ml Made from 100% Shiraz grapes. Made in South Australia's famous McLaren Vale, this deep coloured Shiraz is youthful and vibrant, with a lovely dark fruit and spiced plum character on the nose. The light oaking supports rather than masks the fruit, which is bright and lively yet plush and fleshy on the palate. Ripe smooth tannins give way to a soft plummy finish. Great with cured and spiced meats and hard cheeses.
