Vintage: 2013 ABV: 13% Bottle Size: 750ml Made from 100% Picpoul Blanc grapes. From vineyards around the commune of Pinet in the Languedoc region of southern France. This wine has a nose which is rich and subtle, with fresh notes of white flowers and tropical fruit. Nicely rounded and very fresh with crisp acidity and long lasting flavours and rich minerality. Pairs well with small fried fishes, goats cheese or seafood platters.

This estate in the Luberon area of Provence was purchased two years ago by Herefordshire Vodka maker William Chase. Bottled in Chase's uniquely shaped bottle this is a crisp, fresh and fruity rosé, boasting delicious notes of white peach and grapefruit, with subtle aromas of Provence, drawn together with a lovely fresh finish with typical minerality. Perfect when matched with grilled vegetables or a salad Niçoise.
Vintage: 2008 ABV: 13.5% Bottle Size: 750ml Made from 85% Merlot, 11% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Cabernet Franc From an historic property in the Lussac St Emilion commune situated atop limestone hills. This Bordeaux is deep purple in colour with a nose that reveals sweet spices and red berry fruits. The wine is full-bodied with great balance and lingering notes of vanilla, leather and black cherry. This wine has good ageing potential but drinks well now, especially with duck breast lamb and rich cheeses.
Vintage: NV ABV: 11% Bottle Size: 750ml Made from 100% Glera grapes. A refined, elegant and sparkling wine made from natural fermentation of specially selected grapes from Italy's finest vineyards. It is soft, fruity and very refreshing. It has grapefruit aromas, pleasant lingering notes of peach and apricot and subtle pear fruit on the palate. Serve as an aperitif or with a light starter.
